• You are part of the global customer organization and support in further expanding our market leadership. • You act as the most important link between the marketing and sales department and you are in constant contact with customers, be it by phone, email, or social selling tools. • You will communicate Uberall's value proposition to target accounts and develop new business opportunities with significant long-term revenue potential. • You will conduct thorough company-specific research to identify use cases and to understand how Uberall offers added value to our customers. • You collaborate with marketing and sales to constantly improve the messaging we use and improve the performance of the team. • You will schedule highly qualified meetings with identified target accounts for Account Executives to build a pipeline. • You keep meticulous notes to track our engagement with prospective customers, using Salesforce and other sales tools.

To be successful in this role you will utilize Excel, Outlook, and Word and your critical thinking skills to ensure a high quality of work. Role Description Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Inc. (KDA Inc.) is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Business Development Director to drive growth for our Land Systems portfolio across the United States. This remote leadership role sits at the center of one of Kongsberg’s most strategically important product families—the PROTECTOR line of remote weapon stations and turret systems—and serves as the primary bridge between KDA Inc. in the U.S. and our counterparts at Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace in Norway. As the senior business development lead for this mission‑critical domain, you will: - Shape customer engagement strategies. - Cultivate high‑value relationships. - Influence key stakeholders across the U.S. Army, Department of War (DOW), and other defense programs. - Operate as the integrator, communicator, and problem‑solver. - Ensure seamless alignment between U.S. customer needs, OEM partners, funding and requirements offices, and Kongsberg’s global engineering and product teams. Responsibilities - Report to the Business Development Director and work as part of the KDA Inc.
