Senior Specialist – Alliances

3Cloud

• Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives, partnering closely with 3Cloud Sales to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure. • Manage a seven-figure annual funding target, proactively aligning, attaching, and maximizing funding across active and future sales opportunities. • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, advising internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and optimization strategies. • Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions, ensuring effective connection between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft and channel field teams. • Support and influence joint GTM execution by providing thought leadership on incentive structures, partner motions, and funding strategy. • Drive sales readiness by enabling awareness, adoption, and execution of partner programs and joint GTM priorities. • Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to drive brand awareness and uncover new revenue opportunities. • Partner with Alliance leadership to support senior Microsoft and channel relationships, funding mechanisms, and recurring pipeline and performance reviews. • Maintain accurate and timely tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting. • Work directly with clients, Sales, Delivery, and internal project managers to coordinate partner engagement and navigate escalations as needed. • Support and manage key partner and channel relationships in alignment with overall 3Cloud alliance objectives. • Act as a trusted execution partner to the Director of Microsoft Alliance, Cloud Strategy Director, and Alliances leadership across alliance operations and strategic initiatives. • Identify recurring operational challenges and process bottlenecks within alliance execution. • Recommend, implement, and document process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across alliance operations. • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Alliance Specialists, sharing best practices and raising overall team execution quality.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience, with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
  • Experience in using CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage large pipeline of information.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in a consulting or sales environment.
  • Passion for cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Ability to maintain multiple deadlines with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of maintaining a high degree of client focus.
