About Us We're a portfolio of fast-growing wellness and supplement brands built on quality, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve. Our brands carry products ranging from botanical supplements to creatine gummies, each with its own distinct voice and audience. We move quickly, care deeply about craft, and believe great design is central to how we connect with customers. The Role We're looking for a versatile, hands-on Graphic Designer to own the visual identity and day-to-day design needs across our brand portfolio. With a full roadmap of product launches, campaigns, and content ahead, we need someone who can jump in, work across mediums, and bring fresh creative energy to the team. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term. Our brands are scaling, our team is tight-knit, and we're investing in people who are invested back. If you love variety and can shift gears between brands and formats without losing your edge, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do - Create digital graphics for email campaigns (Klaviyo), social media, and paid ads across multiple brands - Design and build web assets for Shopify, including product page graphics, banners, collection imagery, and landing pages - Design Amazon listing assets — main images, secondary images, infographics, A+ content modules, and Brand Store pages — with an eye for Amazon's specific requirements and best practices - Edit video for paid ads and organic social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) — cutting UGC, product footage, and motion graphics into scroll-stopping content - Develop and evolve brand identity systems — logos, illustrations, typography, color, and visual language — as brands grow and new ones launch - Adjust and update existing packaging and print templates as needed — resizing, swapping copy, version control across SKUs (no from-scratch packaging design required) - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and outside agencies to turn briefs into polished deliverables - Manage multiple projects and deadlines across brands without dropping the ball
