Job Description

Product Manager, Creator Experience

Splice

• Build and own the research pipeline: run usability testing sessions, analyze session replays and user interviews, and keep the team continuously connected to what creators actually need. • Partner closely with designers to spot opportunities, shape solutions end-to-end, and drive them all the way to launch, not just hand off specs. • Own delivery alongside engineering: run sprints, track progress, and hold the bar on quality so improvements ship on time and feel polished. • QA new features and improvements before release — every time, without exception. • Track product performance in our data-analysis platform, own event instrumentation, and use data to make sharp prioritization calls. • Help grow our creator base, owning the funnel from first experience through to meaningful engagement and retention. • Use modern tools (vibe coding assistants, research synthesizers, internal tooling) as a core part of how you work and scale your impact.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a fast-moving, consumer or creator-facing environment, ideally with a product you genuinely cared about.
  • A passion for creative applications and the craft of building delightful user experiences. You think deeply about how things feel, not just how they function.
  • Hands-on UXR experience: you've run user interviews, recruited participants, synthesized findings, and turned them into a clear, prioritized direction.
  • Comfort owning delivery directly with engineers, from sprint kick-off through to shipping and monitoring.
  • A metrics-informed mindset: fluent in funnel analysis, product analytics, and event tracking platforms like Amplitude.
  • High agency and strong judgment: you identify what needs to happen and move on it without waiting to be told.
  • A startup mentality: energized by ambiguity, scrappy when needed, and focused on outcomes over process.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay with annual reviews and equity opportunities.
  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and thrive.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match.
  • 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents.
  • Work remotely or connect at our office hubs and creative spaces worldwide.
  • Annual learning budget, leadership programs, and team ambassador opportunities.
  • Inclusive events, team meet-ups, and vibrant Employee Resource Groups.
