• Develop a deep, working knowledge of the Lucra platform across all surfaces • Own meaningful pieces of our core product roadmap, including areas like compliance and in-game features • Help shape and support the product work that enables strong partner relationships • Identify and pursue new opportunities: ancillary products, experimental features, and strategic bets
• Own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) • Drive renewals through demonstrated business value and measurable performance • Identify and develop upsell and expansion pathways in partnership with Sales • Build structured account growth plans tied to adoption and engagement performance • Ensure contract success criteria are clearly defined, measured, and communicated • Drive product adoption, activation, and sustained engagement • Establish structured Business Reviews tied to measurable KPIs • Create standardized intervention frameworks for underperforming accounts • Act as the execution bridge between Marketing strategy and partner operations • Define and implement customer health scoring frameworks • Build scalable Customer Success processes by segment (strategic vs standard operators)
• Own the Craft: You will be our primary design practitioner, defining world-class at Lucra • Obsess over the Details: You have an innate internal filter for quality • Leverage AI for Efficiency: You actively use AI to automate repetitive tasks, generate assets, allowing you to spend more time on high-level creative problem-solving • Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with Engineering and Product to ensure high-fidelity designs in Figma translate to a high-performance, pixel-perfect reality in production • Strategic Problem Solving: You aren’t just taking tickets; you’re challenging assumptions and helping us decide what we should build
• Own backend delivery, execution quality, and roadmap alignment • Translate product and business priorities into clear technical plans • Improve test coverage, deployment confidence, and production quality • Partner closely with DevOps to reduce incidents and improve system reliability • Drive continuous improvement in uptime, performance, and operational maturity • Conduct regular 1:1s with backend engineers to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build and execute data-driven outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Identify and prioritize key target accounts and decision-makers within our ICP • Research prospects and personalize outreach based on company, industry, and use case • Own early-stage pipeline generation and support overall sales growth • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in HubSpot • Experiment, measure, and iterate on outbound messaging and sequences to improve conversion • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting, positioning, and outreach strategy
