Our Newest Opportunity: The Senior Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the organization’s employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Benefits, this role serves as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for employees, handling day to day benefits administration and responding to employee inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. As part of the Corporate Benefits Team, this position also supports benefits related data maintenance and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, HSAs, and retirement plans - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits changes and enrollment discrepancies in Workday, ensuring timely and professional responses - Support compliance efforts by preparing reports and documentation for ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements - Assist with benefit reporting and data analytics - Support open enrollment activities, including preparing materials, coordinating communications, updating system configurations, and assisting employees - Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits to ensure accurate enrollments - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation Qualifications and Skills: - Strong attention to detail - Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive - Service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Working knowledge of employee benefits and applicable federal and state regulations, including health plans, 401(k) administration, HSA/FSA plans, ACA, and ERISA - Experience with Workday Benefits and HCM preferred - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Resourceful with the ability to solve problems independently Education and Experience: - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Minimum of 3+ years of benefits administration experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with Workday Benefits and other benefits platforms preferred Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
