• Ongoing reconciliation of intercompany transactions • Consolidation of individual financial statements (AEKo, SchuKo and KapKo) • Annual preparation of the HGB-compliant consolidated financial statements • Leading the year-end audit / main contact for the auditor • Preparation of pro-forma consolidated quarterly group financial statements • Project lead for special projects as the CFO’s "right hand" • Interface between accounting (internal & external) and controlling • Overall responsibility for compliance with commercial law requirements and regulations

• Independently prepare the consolidated financial statements under HGB (German Commercial Code) based on the individual financial statements prepared by external tax advisors or the group's finance teams • Lead the annual audit process in cooperation with the international audit firm • Prepare quarterly (pro‑forma consolidated) financial statements and investor reporting based on the monthly closes of all group companies • Prepare annual tax returns (income taxes and VAT) for all group companies • Take responsibility for special projects, e.g., commercial and tax-law mergers of entities following ongoing acquisitions • Support tax due diligence processes in M&A transactions and asset deals • Act as internal tax advisor to the management teams of all group companies • Serve as liaison between internal accounting and controlling teams and external tax advisors and the audit firm • Overall responsibility for compliance with commercial and tax law requirements across the group and all subsidiaries

• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach HGB auf Basis der von den externen Steuerberatern oder den Kolleginnen der Finanzbuchhaltung erstellten Einzelabschlüssen sämtlicher Konzerngesellschaften • Projektleitung für die Jahresabschlussprüfung in Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft • Aufstellung der Quartalsabschlüsse (pro-forma konsolidiert) und des Investoren-Reportings auf Basis der Monatsabschlüsse aller Konzerngesellschaften • Erstellung der Jahressteuererklärungen (Ertragssteuern und USt.) für sämtliche Konzerngesellschaften • Verantwortung für Sonderprojekte , bspw. die handels- und steuerrechtliche Verschmelzung von Gesellschaften im Nachgang zu den laufenden Unternehmenszukäufen • Mitarbeit bei Steuer DDs im Rahmen von M&A Transaktionen oder Asset Deals • Interner Berater in Steuerfragen für die Geschäftsleitungen aller Konzerngesellschaften • Liaison Manager zwischen der internen Finanzbuchhaltung und dem Controlling sowie den externen Steuerberatern und der Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft • Gesamtverantwortung für die Einhaltung der handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben im Konzern und in allen Tochtergesellschaften
