Job Description: Senior SAS Programmer The Senior SAS programmer leads the programming activities for various purposes including CSRs, DSMBs, interim analyses, manuscripts, etc. Mainly supports statistical programming of statistical analysis plan (SAP)-planned tables, data listings, and graphs for CSRs, as well as integrated summaries of safety and efficacy, ad hoc analyses and electronic submission deliverables, such as datasets, data documentation, programs, programming table of contents, and patient profiles. In addition, the Senior SAS Programmer supports migration activities in the creation of Standard Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) and production of the Analysis Data Model (ADaM). What we look for: • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, statistics, pharmaceutics or another related science or mathematics field with a minimum of 8 years of SAS programming experience with clinical trial data OR Master’s Degree in technology, statistics, pharmaceutics or another related science or mathematics field with a minimum of 6 years of SAS programming experience with clinical trial data. • Good working knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM Implementation Guidelines. • General knowledge of regulatory requirements and drug development process. • Excellent organizational skills and good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as lead programming teams. • Strong communication skill set with peers, business partners, and Sponsors. • Strong Analytical mindset. • Leadership skills to lead project team to deliver high quality deliverables on time and work directly with the Sponsor to meet the project delivery expectations. • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal). • Manage and support two direct reports — the Senior Software Engineer and Analytics Engineer — through regular 1:1s, goal-setting, and ongoing feedback • Serve as the primary engineering liaison on engineering requests from non-technical staff across the organization: meet with stakeholders, assess needs, translate requests into scoped projects with clear deliverables and timelines • Plan and prioritize engineering work across the team, balancing incoming requests against maintenance needs and longer-term reliability work • Oversee the Senior Software Engineer's work on Votivate, a proprietary internal voter file tool, providing technical direction and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities • Maintain and extend our suite of data pipelines, automations, and internal web applications, including ingestion (APIs / BigQuery mirrors), transformation (dbt / Python), orchestration (Prefect), and serving (Flask-based UIs) • Build new features and tools in response to organizer and campaign needs — such as configurable list pulls, voter contact syncs, or staff-facing dashboards — scoping and implementing these either directly or in collaboration with direct reports • Ensure all tooling is well-documented, intuitive for staff, and maintainable over time • Own day-to-day oversight of our engineering tech stack, including Prefect, GitHub, AWS, Google Cloud, and related tools and platforms • Ensure data systems are monitored, reliable, and resilient to failure; lead incident response and long-term reliability practices • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments; manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration • Work with The Movement Cooperative to ensure data from our tool ecosystem syncs reliably into BigQuery; build and maintain standalone syncs as needed

• Own development and maintenance of detailed tech packs, including BOMs • Translate design concepts into production-ready handbags and accessories • Evaluate and approve multiple factory counter samples to ensure alignment with approved designs and existing styles • Partner with factories on sampling, pattern development, and construction refinement • Create and maintain a development and seasonal tracker for all samples and materials • Collaborate closely with design on core collections, limited drops, and specialty projects • Recommend construction improvements (stitching, reinforcement, hardware placement, etc.) • Organize and manage internal wear testing for new developments; analyze and action feedback • Provide clear, actionable feedback to factory partners to refine design and usability • Manage sample requests and coordinate shipping for internal and executive approvals (including CEO reviews) • Participate in sample reviews with Design team to assess structure, durability, functionality, and finishings • Manage development timelines from concept through production readiness • Ensure all tech packs, BOMs, strike-offs, and approvals are finalized prior to PO pass-off • Partner cross-functionally to align on launch calendars and key milestones • Coordinate pre-production and final sample approvals • Allocate materials and trims to factories across all sampling stages • Launch seasonal material sourcing with vendors and manage material bookings for sample and production needs • Manage all vendor-sourced materials, trims, and components to ensure approval readiness • Partner with production and sourcing teams on MOQ restrictions, lead times, and surcharges • Manage and negotiate product costing • Support material testing for durability, quality, and performance • Support sourcing of sustainable and ethical materials aligned with brand standards • Contribute to ongoing sustainability initiatives and vendor accountability • Act as the primary liaison between design, production, sourcing, and manufacturing partners • Ensure clear communication on expectations, revisions, timelines, and approvals • Partner with production on material testing and quality control • Support successful product launches through strong project management and alignment across teams
