Position Overview This role can be located in Madison, WI or remote. The HCP (Health Care Professional) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategies and tactics within the personal or non-personal promotion channels. This role will develop and execute all HCP facing tactics used by sales colleagues. They will also support marketing initiatives at sales meetings, working closely with sales training and operations. They will also participate in operational planning and lead the tactical plan within the channel. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Contribute to the development of the operational and tactical annual plan for the brand working closely with field-based colleagues to understand barriers to adoption. - Collaborate closely with co-promotion partner to ensure strategical alignment and tactical pull through. - Develop assets in the Veeva digital platform. - Develop sales insights in the Challenger Business Methodology. - Develop key healthcare professional marketing pieces in line with the tactical plan and deliver them on time. - Help evolve the promotional campaign and messaging. - Help lead training for the field forces. - Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to continually gain a deeper understanding of the market and customer needs. - Lead field force advisory committee to gain insights on current and future HCP tactics, and competitive intelligence. - Ensure coordinated efforts for training of field force partnering with sales effectiveness team and sales leadership. - Provide day-to-day oversight of external agency partners and manage the budget. - Collaborate with Commercial Analytics team to ensure appropriate analytical plans are developed and measure promotional program effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. - Lead the development of tactics for primary care and specialty sales force. - Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. - Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. - Regular and reliable attendance. - Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. - Ability to travel 35% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales, new product planning, or related field. - Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. - Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
