• Architect, build, and own full-stack software platforms supporting enterprise infrastructure and operations teams. • Lead the technical design of systems that ingest, process, analyze, and expose infrastructure and operational data at scale. • Develop backend services and APIs for data collection, enrichment, and querying. • Build and maintain web interfaces with advanced search, filtering, and usability tailored for technical users. • Design and implement ETL and data processing pipelines for structured and semi-structured data sources. • Ensure applications are fully containerized and production-ready using Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment models. • Act as a technical authority on system design, performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, security, and product stakeholders to shape solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy. • Set and uphold engineering best practices around testing, code quality, documentation, and operational readiness. • Review designs and code across the team, providing clear guidance and raising the overall technical bar. • Identify systemic issues, reduce technical debt, and proactively improve platform scalability and developer experience.

Responsibilities - Research project details from the customer project handoff document to obtain complete project details for developing the site survey scope of work (use AT&T applications for far-end termination availability) - Collaborate with the Site Survey Engineer and review site survey documentation to determine floor plan layouts, power distribution, backup power supplies, and cabling for central office equipment - Work with the Site Survey Engineer and site survey documentation to identify all material needed for the job, complete a BOM which will be submitted to purchasing for all material required for the job (i.e., parts necessary to establish low and high level racking, transmission racking, power racking, aisle lighting, provision for grounding, etc.) - Create comprehensive and accurate installation specifications and equipment requirements to fulfill customer orders and meet customer requirements per standards - Update all customer systems for the equipment being installed (i.e., EJF, AMPS, TABdB, BTAS, COWAN, MIC Canopy, Granite, SyncTrac, NISE-C, IRIS, etc.), create or correct location records, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers' location (central office), as a result of installation or engineering activities - Review installation specifications and work with our Installation team as needed through job completion - Submit the change orders to the quoting group for any upscope or out-of-scope tasks per engineering or installation change Qualifications About You: - Safety is a part of your day-to-day - You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality - You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work - You are looking for long-term projects - You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team Hard work pays off. • Own and drive complex platform workstreams end-to-end — from engineering design docs through implementation, launch coordination, war room monitoring, and ongoing support. • Design, build, and operate high-quality, high-throughput distributed backend services with clear SLOs, robust observability, and well-run on-call/incident response practices. • Analyze and refine service and data architectures; propose and lead new systems that improve reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. • Establish and champion engineering standards through rigorous design reviews, production readiness, on-call ownership, and continuous improvement of instrumentation and alerting. • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Policy to deliver compliance-ready solutions across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks, balancing urgency with long-term maintainability. • Drive the adoption of modern technologies and AI toolsets to accelerate development, improve quality, and increase delivery velocity; mentor peers and influence platform roadmaps. • Contribute across critical fulfillment domains — earnings, pricing, routing, batching, matching, dispatch, and geospatial — delivering solutions that directly impact customers, shoppers, and partners.
