• Manage and support SAP systems, mainly SAP TM and Dispute Management • Handle basic configuration, user access, and daily admin tasks • Support integration with logistics, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes • Assist in resolving billing disputes and claims • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Support testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user support

Job Requirements

  • Experience in SAP administration (TM & Dispute Management preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP modules like TM, SD, FI, and AR
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
