• Gather and analyze business requirements (As-Is & To-Be) • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops • Create process flows, blueprints, and user stories • Identify gaps and recommend improvements • Define KPIs and business rules • Collaborate with development teams • Prepare test cases and support UAT • Maintain documentation and track work in ADO • Support end-user training

• Manage and support SAP systems, mainly SAP TM and Dispute Management • Handle basic configuration, user access, and daily admin tasks • Support integration with logistics, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes • Assist in resolving billing disputes and claims • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Support testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user support

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business goals and IG objectives • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers • Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Review and validate solution designs and technical documentation • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices • Integrate REST APIs and third-party services • Debug, test, and optimize application performance • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time • Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and stability across platforms

• Implement and support SAP MDG solutions to ensure high-quality master data • Enforce governance standards and support enterprise-wide data management initiatives • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as Business Partner (Customer/Supplier), Material, and Finance. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data governance processes, business rules, and validation logic. • Configure MDG change request processes, workflows, UI modeling, and validations to support governance and quality requirements. • Ensure data quality standards are in place through validations, duplicate checks, and automated rules before master data creation or updates. • Integrate SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other applications (SAP or third-party systems) to facilitate master data replication and consistency across landscapes. • Provide production support, troubleshoot MDG issues, and drive continuous improvements. • Create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and governance policies. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and support teams. • Participate in data governance councils and contribute to governance strategy & policy development. • Support audit and compliance requirements by providing data change history, quality metrics, and reporting.

• Design, build, and govern enterprise-wide data architecture solutions • Define data strategies and design scalable data models • Ensure data platforms meet performance, security, and business requirements across on-prem and cloud environments

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard systems, networks, and data • Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and threats; investigate and respond to incidents • Manage security tools such as SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, IAM, and vulnerability scanning solutions • Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing coordination, and security reviews • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS) • Lead and support internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance reviews • Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, standards, and guidelines • Conduct security awareness and compliance training for employees • Provide regular security and compliance reports to management and leadership
