No es un rol de ventas tradicional donde seguís un script: es alguien que investiga, entiende el mercado, identifica oportunidades reales y abre conversaciones que importan. Vas a ser responsable de encontrar a las empresas que más se benefician de Kleva, entender sus dolores, y generar reuniones calificadas para el equipo de Account Executives. Si lo hacés bien, vas a ver el impacto directo en el crecimiento de la compañía. Responsabilidades - Investigar y mapear cuentas target (fintechs, SOFIPOs, bancos, BPOs) en México, Argentina, Colombia, y el resto de Latam - Ejecutar secuencias de outbound por email, LinkedIn, y WhatsApp (40-60 contactos/día) - Calificar leads y agendar demos para el equipo de ventas - Mantener CRM (Close) actualizado con notas, actividad, y status de cada lead - Coordinar con GTM lead en priorización de cuentas y mercados - Investigar eventos de la industria, conferencias fintech, y oportunidades de networking
Job Requirements
- 1-3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, SDR, o business development (fintech o SaaS preferido)
- Español nativo, inglés profesional
- Cómodo con outbound en frío (no te da miedo el rechazo)
- Organizado, disciplinado con el CRM, orientado a métricas
- Curiosidad por IA, fintech, y el mercado de crédito en Latam
- Conocimiento de herramientas: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing, CRM
- Deseable
- Experiencia vendiendo SaaS, fintech o productos tecnológicos
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de cobranzas, servicios financieros o BPOs en LATAM
