Ewing Outdoor Supply

Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business acquisition and re-engage lapsed customers. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals. This position focuses on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication. What You’ll Do - Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts. - Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives. - Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. - Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process. - Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system. - Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes. - Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

You have the most contact with guests and therefore have the greatest opportunity to ensure that their vacation with us is flawless. Use supervisor/manager support when necessary. - Answer incoming calls within 3 rings with appropriate greeting. - Maintain accurate logs of mail, packages, parcels or other items for guest delivery. - Accurate accounting of cash bank assigned to each agent. - Post charges to guest accounts as designated. - Facilitate guest departures providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction and collecting all payments due. - Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
