Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
- Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry
- Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot)
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
- Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Inhalt der Aufgabe - Identifizierung und Zuordnung der wichtigsten Accounts, Kunden und Entscheidungsträger in diesen Accounts aus dem Bereich der Hämatologie und Erstellung eines maßgeschneiderten Plans für jeden Account. - Empfehlen und Entwickeln von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für seinen Kunden und die Account-Netzwerke, denen der Kunde angehört. - Durchführung von kompetenten Fachgesprächen nach VBS (Wertorientiertes Verkaufen) in den Fachgruppen der Hämato-Onkologen sowie Betreuung von ausgewählten onkologischen Pflegekräften. - Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien der Geschäftseinheit.
