If you love turning complex requirements into elegant solutions, and you're excited about the role AI tooling plays in modern development, this might be the role for you. What you'll be doing - Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions — from data modelling to UX design - Lead solution design across cross-functional teams, owning deliverables end-to-end - Build and review AI-assisted code, setting standards for prompt governance and output validation - Develop proof-of-concept builds to qualify requirements and showcase platform capabilities - Swarm on high-priority issues as part of a tight-knit team of admins and developers - Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling — and bring what's relevant back to the team Work Arrangement: Remote
Job Requirements
- 6 or more years in a Salesforce analysis or development role (equivalent experience in a related analytical or admin position will be considered)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation
- Experience across multiple Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Voice, or e-Sign
- Familiarity with Salesforce's native AI capabilities and where they replace or augment custom-built solutions
- Lightning Component experience is a bonus
- AI & modern development:
- Practical, demonstrated experience working with AI coding assistants
- The confidence and technical grounding to critically review AI-generated code and documentation
- Soft skills & ways of working:
- Strong communicator at all levels of an organisation, able to translate business needs into detailed requirements and design documentation
- Thrives in ambiguity and willing to backtrack and experiment to validate approaches.
- Able to juggle competing priorities with ease and take genuine ownership of deliverables end to end.
