We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. The Underwriting Supervisor, Non-Complex Markets, is an intermediate level role responsible for the direct day-to-day people leadership management and workflow management of the team supporting the Non-Complex case market (e.g., MGA, TPA, small group). This role ensures the consistent application of underwriting philosophy and efficient execution of the non-complex quoting process and other specific processes. The incumbent serves as the SME to solve business unit internal challenges and removes blockers from the team to maintain service excellence. The incumbent reports to the Manager, Group Underwriting - Non Complex. The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $60,000 - $93,000. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate's skills and experience, as well as internal equity. Responsibilities A.
