Carrier Relations Manager
ArpuPlus - ARPU Telecommunications Services
• Build and manage **strategic relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 MNOs** across multiple regions • Act as the primary **point of contact between CloudCom and operator teams** (technical, commercial, legal, and security) • Lead operator onboarding for **Open Gateway / Network API enablement** • Drive adoption of Network APIs including: • Number Verification • SIM Swap Detection • KYC & Identity APIs • Device Status & Line Status • Silent Authentication • Define **commercial models** (revenue share, per-transaction, success-based pricing) • Support go-to-market strategies with operators and enterprise customers • Work closely with **GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA standards** • Ensure operator implementations align with **CAMARA API specifications** • Represent CloudCom in **industry forums, operator workshops, and partner meetings** • Coordinate with **Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams** • Translate operator network capabilities into **developer-ready APIs** • Support roadmap planning based on operator readiness and market demand • Assist operators with: • Security and compliance alignment • API SLAs and operational readiness • Regulatory considerations (KYC, privacy, consent) • Support pilots, proofs of concept, and commercial launches
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administrative or any other related feild.
- 10+ years of experience in **carrier relations, telecom partnerships, or wholesale telecom**
- Solid understanding of **Mobile Network Operator environments**
- Hands-on exposure to **Network APIs, CPaaS, or telco digital platforms**
- Knowledge of **GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA APIs** (or strong willingness to learn)
- Ability to engage both **technical and commercial stakeholders**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with **global operators and cross-regional teams**
- Preferred Qualifications**

Emergency Telephone Screeners work closely and collaboratively with supervisors on shift to evaluate the urgency of each call, elicit critical information, and initiate an emergency response when children are at risk of abuse or neglect. Telephone Screeners engage with callers to collect detailed information, thoroughly and accurately document information through comprehensive written reports in the electronic case management system and collaborate with team members to review and assess the gathered information. Based on these assessments, Telephone Screeners make informed clinical screening decisions. A Bachelor's degree in human services, social work or related field, is required. Candidates must reside in the New England area (MA, RI, NH). Telephone Screeners work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, when DCF is closed. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the operational field management of a select group of large businesses and Gas Safety Management Registrations (GSMR), ensuring comprehensive compliance with all gas operation standards. This role involves conducting inspections based on risk assessments, consumer complaints, or other necessary methods to uphold industry gas safety standards. This role is based in the Birmingham area.
