• Source candidates manually on LinkedIn based on defined client or role criteria • Manage and update job postings — including closing and reposting active listings on LinkedIn • Maintain and monitor accurate records of candidates, job listings, and hiring progress in tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Workable) • Assist in screening candidate profiles through LinkedIn and Workable, and organizing shortlists for the MRM’s review • Support the Marketing Recruitment Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks • Contribute to maintaining an organized workflow for recruitment operations and internal documentation • Help with talent onboarding and answering inquiries
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Airtable, Workable, Google Workspace, or Notion (a plus)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work during U.S. hours (PT)

About the Role We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring across both technical and non-technical roles in our global, remote-first, high-growth environment. We're looking for a Contract recruiter to support our international operations for 3 month (with potential to extend).
