Marketing Associate

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events and other marketing channels. • Help coordinate the publication and distribution of content, including blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets. • Support the planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, follow-up and coordination with internal stakeholders. • Create, adapt and proofread marketing copy for a range of channels and formats. • Help maintain the marketing calendar and keep projects on track across multiple workstreams. • Support updates to the website and other digital touchpoints in collaboration with the relevant teams. • Track campaign and channel performance, help prepare reports and share insights with the team. • Conduct research on markets, target accounts, competitors, content opportunities and industry trends. • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks that help the Marketing Team run effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in marketing, communications or a similar role; internships or working student experience can also be highly relevant.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence writing and editing copy in German and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
