• Operate at the intersection of law, technology, and customer enablement • Provide first-line technical support to self-serve customers • Develop and maintain Help Center content, documentation, and other scalable support formats • Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot issues, escalating situations requiring urgent attention to Engineering teams

• Respond to inbound support tickets across email and live chat • Triage and diagnose issues • Monitor product usage patterns • Spot recurring ticket themes and translate them into actionable product insights • Reproduce and document bugs clearly for the engineering team • Contribute to the in-product help experience

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events and other marketing channels. • Help coordinate the publication and distribution of content, including blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets. • Support the planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, follow-up and coordination with internal stakeholders. • Create, adapt and proofread marketing copy for a range of channels and formats. • Help maintain the marketing calendar and keep projects on track across multiple workstreams. • Support updates to the website and other digital touchpoints in collaboration with the relevant teams. • Track campaign and channel performance, help prepare reports and share insights with the team. • Conduct research on markets, target accounts, competitors, content opportunities and industry trends. • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks that help the Marketing Team run effectively.

• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing, primarily for mid-market and enterprise prospects in the DACH region • Identify and engage potential customers in law firms, legal departments, compliance teams, and other business units • Conduct product introductions and discovery calls to understand customer challenges and position BRYTER’s solutions effectively • Work closely with Sales Engineers and senior sales colleagues to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, helping establish BRYTER as a trusted partner in legal and compliance automation • Maintain and manage pipeline activity in CRM and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives • Continuously learn about legal technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows to effectively communicate BRYTER’s value.

• Support legal teams across DACH as a Legal Engineer – AI • Drive sustainable adoption by combining hands-on customer support with scalable enablement and data-driven insights • Provide first-line technical support to self-serve customers • Develop and maintain Help Center content, documentation, and other scalable support formats • Track product usage and define adoption and ROI metrics • Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot issues, escalating situations requiring urgent attention to Engineering teams if necessary

• Manage self-serve channel from customer support and success perspective. • Provide first line technical support during onboarding. • Build up help center and other scalable ways of supporting self-serve. • Track usage and ROI for self-serve customers. • Respond to support tickets and live customer chats. • Synthesize recurring technical issues and work with product team. • Monitor and stimulate adoption rates, benchmarks, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Product Team to build and maintain documentation and training materials.

• Become an expert of our AI Workflow platform and be comfortable explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience • Providing first-line technical support to self-serve customers • Developing and maintaining Help Center content, documentation, and support formats • Tracking product usage and defining metrics to assess customer success • Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot issues, escalating situations to Engineering teams if necessary
