• Architect and oversee technical solutions for projects and service delivery requirements, including technology stack and implementation decisions. • Remain actively involved in development activities, code reviews, troubleshooting, and maintaining development standards. • Develop project plans, delivery timelines, estimations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution. • Coordinate across design, QA, engineering, and stakeholder teams to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables. • Track project progress, identify blockers proactively, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and delivery timelines. • Manage scope changes and communicate technical and business trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. • Maintain detailed documentation of technical decisions, workflows, processes, and project learnings. • Adapt communication style effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. • Work collaboratively with internal teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and support overall business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, project management, product management, or a similar hybrid technical leadership role.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to participate in technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.
  • Experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

ADB is seeking an OSP Engineering Project Manager to directly oversee utility construction projects, including internal and external crew management, in adherence to quality, safety, and production standards and expectations. This position will own the full cycle management of various size and scope projects, including all project financials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of utility construction practices and people management skills, is quality and safety focused with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
