• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the AEC sector • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure • Develop relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants • Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets • Deliver product demonstrations for AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam solutions • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workflows/solutions • Support clients during trial phases and proof-of-concept discussions • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and technical needs • Manage client communication throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with internal technical teams for advanced queries or custom solutions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in AEC, SaaS, or engineering solutions
- Strong working knowledge of AEC Software
- Ability to conduct live demos and explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience selling to international clients (US/Australia preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
