Job Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) with the poise to negotiate at an executive level.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
- A minimum of 2 years of documented success in Sales, specifically within Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising environments.
- Robust command of business development frameworks, lead generation, and rigorous qualification protocols (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
- Proven ability to surpass KPIs in a decentralized environment while maintaining exceptional self-motivation and organizational rigor.
- A University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
