Job Summary The Inside Partner Sales Manager (IPSM) is responsible for engaging, educating, and enabling Indirect Channel Partners and Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) to successfully position and sell Comcast Business solutions through the Trusted Advisor program. This role develops and executes strategies to drive growth across the Comcast Business portfolio through indirect distribution channels while managing and strengthening partner relationships in a remote environment. As a trusted partner advocate, the IPSM drives revenue performance by ensuring channel partners are well equipped to deliver Comcast Business solutions to end user customers. This is a quota bearing, individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. This position is virtual and requires up to 25% national travel annually to support partner engagement and business development. Job Description Core Responsibilities - Drives incremental monthly sales as an inside sales resource to meet or exceed budget objectives with indirect channel partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners. - Remotely recruits, trains, and supports the partner community to position the entire suite of Comcast Business solutions. - Serves as liaison to assigned channel partners concerning any sales related issues and escalations. - Responsible for interacting with the local market leadership to discuss sales activities, sales strategies, and escalations in the region or division. - Works closely with Partner Sales Managers and Directors on market initiatives and partner recruitment events. - Exercises judgement and discretion in negotiating deal pricing with agents and partners. - Collaborates with internal teams such as sales engineering, finance, etc. to provide exceptional client service to the partner and the customer. - Educates partners on the Comcast Business portfolios and provides consultative guidance on solutions. - Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues. - Ensures consistent completion of product install by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process and post-sale process. - Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel via internal CRMs. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
