Integrations Engineer
Stord
• Build integration flows between the Stord platform and 3rd party supply chain systems, such as ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms, as outlined by the Integrations Lead • Performing testing on integrations and get sign off from the customer prior to go-live • Produce detailed documentation for new integrations • Support existing customer integrations when issues arise, providing feedback to the support team to improve their coverage and our documentation • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers to understand and resolve issues related to integrations • Look for ways to enhance our integrations flows and processes, working with wider team to suggest and implement improvements • Track progress and provide regular updates on integrations in our work management platform and at team standups
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM field ideally
- 1-4 years experience working on B2B system integrations, preferably in Supply Chain
- Experience in integration tools like Workato/Boomi etc.
- Experience Reviewing, interpreting, and mapping EDI messages
- Understanding of REST, JSON, XML, and Ruby with experience using API clients (ideally Postman)
- Experience is providing 3rd line support to non-technical audiences, with ability to communicate clearly and simply

• Provide day‑to‑day ECC support across Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM), including hands‑on configuration, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis. • Support and enhance manufacturing execution processes, including production order creation, scheduling, confirmations, backflushing, goods movements, routings/BOMs, work centers, capacity planning, and integration with inventory and warehousing. • Drive improvements in production planning, including demand management, forecasting, MRP parameter optimization, planning strategies, and capacity leveling in coordination with supply chain and procurement teams. • Strengthen and optimize maintenance operations, including maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive and calibration schedules, equipment/functional location hierarchies, refurbishment processing, and spare‑parts planning. • Support and improve quality processes, including in‑process and final inspections, maintenance‑related inspections, results recording, usage decisions, defects logging, and quality notifications. • Work directly with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to understand operational issues and convert them into practical SAP ECC solutions. • Streamline production, maintenance, and quality processes by reducing manual work, eliminating unnecessary customizations, and moving toward SAP standard best practices. • Begin building the path toward S/4HANA, including: Identify simplification items and functional deltas in PP, PM, and QM Recommend clean-core approaches and process harmonization opportunities Highlight areas where ECC technical debt will impact S/4 readiness Document processes, functional designs, and test scenarios in clear, business‑friendly language. • Collaborate closely with other SAP functional teams and developers; must have experience working with and managing contractors. • Support testing cycles, cutover planning, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement Microsoft Endpoint management solutions and related products for our company’s end customers and partners. • Serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading device management services such as Intune within our customers’ and partners’ environments. • Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune device management solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements. • Develop findings and recommendations documentation by analyzing customer and partner environments and identifying areas of opportunity that can be resolved via Intune endpoint management. • Execute implementation plans and configure customer and partner environments according to design specifications. • Serve as a technical lead on projects and workshops, accountable for the outcome of the technical objectives. • Collaborate with other Microsoft delivery teams on projects involving other workstreams such as mail migrations and security implementations. • Document best practices related to technology and processes for future reference by delivery team members.
