Solutions Consultant

• Act as the primary solution owner from discovery through go-live, ensuring continuity of context across Sales, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success. • Partner with Sales on deal strategy and solution validation, presenting solution approaches to senior client stakeholders. • Understand client alternatives and position Goodstack’s solution accordingly. • Lead and facilitate client discovery and solution reviews to understand goals, constraints, risks, and success criteria, producing clear client-facing solution recommendations and documentation. • Accountable for solution readiness and alignment through go-live, translating discovery into scoped, implementation-ready solutions that account for timelines and dependencies. • Act as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, collaborating cross-functionally to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth path to go-live and strong initial adoption. • Capture insights from client engagements to improve solution patterns, playbooks, and delivery frameworks. • Partner with Product to relay client feedback and support roadmap decisions. • Support internal enablement across Sales and Client Success through reusable documentation and materials.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including deal navigation, structured qualification, and understanding how scope, risk, and assumptions influence pricing, SOWs, and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and solution design, translating business and technical requirements into clear, scalable solution narratives that balance tradeoffs and drive outcome-focused recommendations.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes evolve rapidly.
  • Take ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
