Role Description Buscamos a una persona estratégica y con visión de negocio para unirse como Head of Partnerships dentro del Equipo Enterprise, un equipo con mentalidad start-up en fase de fuerte expansión. En este rol, dejarás de lado la venta transaccional para centrarte en construir un ecosistema de aliados estratégicos (corporaciones, consultoras y hubs tecnológicos) que impulsen el crecimiento de Ironhack en el sector B2B. Serás responsable de liderar proyectos de gran envergadura tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, gestionando relaciones de alto valor no solo con empresas del sector privado, sino también con instituciones gubernamentales para el desarrollo de talento a gran escala. - Estrategia de Alianzas Globales: Identificar y mapear partners estratégicos y canales de captación indirecta para proyectos internacionales. - Gestión de Cuentas Estratégicas: Formar relaciones sólidas con los principales responsables de toma de decisiones (stakeholders) en grandes corporaciones y organismos públicos. - Cocreación de Valor: Entender las necesidades del cliente y colaborar con áreas internas para cumplir con los requisitos de proyectos complejos. - Cierre de Acuerdos: Liderar la negociación de convenios marco y asegurar el cumplimiento de las cuotas de crecimiento trimestrales. Qualifications - Al menos 5 años de experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B o gestión de alianzas estratégicas. - Experiencia previa idealmente en el sector de formación, desarrollo profesional o universidades corporativas, con un historial sólido en el cierre de proyectos complejos. - Titulación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, RRHH, Ingeniería o similares. - Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales y facilidad para generar confianza con interlocutores de alto nivel (C-level). - Espíritu de equipo, mentalidad colaborativa y comodidad en entornos de experimentación constante. - Persona positiva, sociable, capaz de inspirar y de impulsar acciones desde el primer momento. - Inglés hablado fluido (imprescindible para la gestión de proyectos internacionales).
