Account Coordinator, LTCI
The Helper Bees
• Support account management for enterprise level clients • Build and maintain relationships with plan partners • Manage projects tied to assigned accounts • Ensure client requests, escalations, and concerns are handled in a professional, efficient, and timely manner • Play a key role in coordinating across internal teams and delivering accurate reporting to support account performance. • Assist in tracking and documenting CMS compliance requirements, state Medicaid variations, and LTCI policy provisions that impact service delivery. • Partner with internal operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure government program benefit fulfillment meets contractual SLAs and regulatory standards. • Monitor utilization, member engagement, and benefit performance metrics specific to government-sponsored and LTCI lines of business. • Lead or support all client meetings with existing clients, taking charge of agenda development, allocation of follow-up tasks, and the efficient management of account teams to ensure optimal client engagement and satisfaction. • Compile and analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis and be able to apply critical thinking to client reporting
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, project management or related roles dealing with enterprise level clients
- Remarkable written communication skills
- Highly effective verbal communicator
- Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits, Managed Medicaid programs, and/or Long-Term Care Insurance preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines, health plan operations, or regulated healthcare environments is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive health information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable federal and state regulations.
- Comfort working within structured, compliance-driven environments while maintaining startup agility.
- Detail-oriented with effective project management skills
- Comfort and adaptability when working with technology and learning new programs and computer systems.
- Ability to travel as required (15-25 trips annually).
