Role Description Buscamos un/a Sales Operations Analyst para apoyar al equipo de Revenue asegurando datos confiables, reportes claros y procesos escalables. - Ciudades: Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Medellín o Ibague - Horario: Lunes a Viernes | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Fines de semana libres) - Modalidad: 100% Remoto - Contrato: Indefinido Responsibilities - Reporting & Analytics - Crear dashboards en el CRM con visibilidad clara sobre: Actividad comercial, pipeline, bookings, renovaciones y churn - Analizar el funnel completo para detectar: Tendencias, cuellos de botella y oportunidades de optimización - Transformar datos complejos en insights accionables que impacten: Estrategias inbound/outbound / Priorización de cuentas / Adopción de producto y retención - Forecasting - Trabajar junto a liderazgo de Sales en: Coverage, pacing, velocidad de deals y attainment - Conectar el forecast de Sales con Finance: Auditoría y corrección de datos antes del forecast de revenue - Construir y monitorear leading indicators para mejorar la predictibilidad - Data Quality & Governance - Ownership de la calidad y consistencia de datos en HubSpot y tools GTM - Definir métricas estándar y asegurar su confiabilidad - Ejecutar auditorías de datos de forma recurrente - Procesos & Enablement - Documentar y optimizar procesos Lead-to-Cash - Acompañar onboarding y entrenamientos de los equipos de revenue - Detectar fricciones y proponer: Automatizaciones / Mejoras de sistemas - Asegurar alineación cross-funcional y claridad en handoffs - Herramientas & Sistemas - Soporte en la administración de: HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ, Billing Systems, entre otros - Enlace clave entre equipos GTM y recursos técnicos - Evaluar y recomendar herramientas para mejorar reporting y productividad Qualifications - +3 años de experiencia en roles como Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations o posiciones analíticas similares - Inglés avanzado C1 (Obligatorio) - Experiencia en CRM reporting (HubSpot deseable) - Excel / Google Sheets intermedio (pivots, lookups) - Conocimiento de métricas SaaS (ARR, ACV, churn, NRR) - Perfil analítico, detallista y comunicativo
