Qualifications - Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it. - Education: Minimum MSc in Engineering disciplines, with a basic foundational knowledge of chemistry and electrochemistry. - Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in product development, with proven industrial experience in R&D departments. Experience with electrochemical devices is a strong plus. - Leadership: Previous experience in people management, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members in fast-paced environments. - Mindset: Open-minded with a hands-on approach. Comfortable closely overseeing experimental runs involving mechanical, electrical, and electrochemical systems. - Technical Skills: Solid understanding of measurement devices, sensors, and industry best practices. - Ability to elaborate logic flowcharts to enable control software development. - Excellent grasp of broad engineering principles (thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, mechanical and electrical engineering) and industrial test rig setups. - Familiarity with hydrogen or other flammable gases (this will significantly speed up your onboarding). - Proven ability to develop new ideas and transform them into practical, measurable deliverables. - Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), and Python. - Languages: Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Italian. Benefits - Opportunity to help shape the future of energy in one of the most dynamic companies in the hydrogen industry. - Creative freedom and flexibility in how you work. - Lunch tickets and access to nearby restaurants, as well as kitchens with coffee machines. - Optional access to health insurance and a pension fund to support future savings goals. - All newcomers receive Enapter merchandise that has been sustainably selected and sourced. - Frequent celebrations of success with snacks and healthy treats in the office. - An exciting working environment at our original R&D and production facility just outside of Pisa. - A competitive salary package based on the market and what you bring to the table, paid sick leave, and 33.5 days paid leave (including holidays, permissions, and ROL) per year.
