Role Description As Marketing Operations Manager you are the operational backbone of the Marketing team – ensuring that projects, campaigns, trade shows, and collateral are structured, coordinated, and reliably executed. You report to the Team Lead Marketing, work closely with Sales and internal teams, and have real ownership over outcomes. - Plan, coordinate, and track marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end - maintaining timelines and task structures in Asana; - Act as the interface between Marketing, Sales, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and pace; - Contribute to improving workflows in day-to-day operations where needed; - Operationally plan and execute trade show appearances and events - both external and internal - including coordination of venues, service providers, and logistics; - Manage external partners with accountability for quality and budget; - Organize and coordinate the production of collateral, presentations, and promotional materials, managing the full workflow from request through creation, approval, and final delivery; - Ensure content and materials are current and available across the website, Sales team, and events; - Manage central Marketing inboxes and ensure a structured information flow between Marketing, Sales, and specialist departments. Role Description As Digital Marketing Manager you develop and drive Enapter's digital presence - from LinkedIn content and paid campaigns to website content and organic search. You work at the intersection of content, conversion, and data, partnering closely with Sales, the Software team, and CRM to ensure digital marketing delivers measurable pipeline impact. You manage execution while also contributing to direction – bringing ideas, using performance data, and driving continuous improvement. - Plan, create, and publish content for Enapter's corporate LinkedIn channel - B2B thought leadership in hydrogen and energy; - Translate marketing campaign ideas and company initiatives into compelling digital content; - Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns; analyze and improve content and campaign performance; - Develop and optimize website structure and content from a marketing perspective; plan and implement landing pages for campaigns; - Maintain and optimize conversion elements - forms, downloads, newsletter sign-ups - in collaboration with the Software team and CRM; - Plan and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns; work closely with Sales to actively drive lead generation; - Develop on-page SEO for website content: keyword research, content optimization, metadata; - Analyze digital marketing performance and produce regular reports with concrete, actionable recommendations for improvement. Role Description We are looking for a Testing Manager (m/f/d) to join our R&D team focusing on stack development and validation in Pisa, Italy. Our team is considered a pillar of the technical business area. As an integral part of the development process, you will tackle a wide range of technical challenges in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. Be ready to make an impact! Comfortable closely overseeing experimental runs involving mechanical, electrical, and electrochemical systems. - Technical Skills: Solid understanding of measurement devices, sensors, and industry best practices. - Ability to elaborate logic flowcharts to enable control software development. - Excellent grasp of broad engineering principles (thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, mechanical and electrical engineering) and industrial test rig setups. - Familiarity with hydrogen or other flammable gases (this will significantly speed up your onboarding). - Proven ability to develop new ideas and transform them into practical, measurable deliverables. - Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), and Python. - Languages: Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Italian.
