Role Description Volcora is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales efforts in promoting our industry-leading point-of-sale (POS) hardware and Business IoT solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and team leadership, with the ability to travel as needed to grow market presence across the U.S. As Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving growth within assigned territories/verticals, building relationships with prospective clients, and identifying new market opportunities. You will also play a key role in developing and executing sales plans, attending trade shows, and ensuring the success of both new and existing client partnerships. - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Volcora’s market share in targeted U.S. regions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and events. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding clients. - Represent Volcora at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness. - Provide ongoing support to existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on business goals. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategy. - Support, manage, train other sales reps or independent agents when applicable. - Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline—this role offers flexibility and autonomy. - Provide technical support insights and product knowledge to customers when needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the POS, hardware, or payment industry. - Proven success in B2B sales and relationship management. - Comfortable with business travel across the U.S. as needed. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM tools. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
