Role Description Funzionario vendita esterno Italia (m/f/d) per una delle seguenti regioni: Lombardia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna, Toscana o Liguria. - Ampliamento attivo, assistenza e sviluppo della rete esistente (grossisti, installatori, progettisti, architetti). - Promozione attiva e presentazione tecnica dei nostri prodotti presso gli operatori di riferimento, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare in modo sostenibile la copertura del mercato regionale e, a seconda del potenziale di mercato, di ampliarla ulteriormente. - Derivazione e attuazione di strategie di vendita mirate per il posizionamento di soluzioni di prodotto di alta qualità sul mercato italiano. - Analisi continua del mercato e della concorrenza per identificare tendenze, opportunità e rischi, con feedback diretto al reparto vendite e alla gestione dei prodotti. - Gestione professionale del sistema CRM e pianificazione strutturata degli appuntamenti con i clienti e delle visite. - Rappresentanza di POLOPLAST in occasione di fiere nazionali di settore, partecipazione attiva al lancio di nuovi prodotti, introduzioni sul mercato e campagne di marketing. - Stretta collaborazione con il team di vendita internazionale, gli esperti tecnici e il servizio interno. Qualifications - Esperienza pluriennale nel servizio esterno nel settore HVAC, edile o delle installazioni, idealmente nella vendita di sistemi di tubazioni o prodotti tecnici. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana scritta e parlata, la conoscenza dell'inglese e/o del tedesco costituisce un grande vantaggio. - Forte orientamento al cliente, presenza convincente e spiccate capacità di negoziazione. - Modalità di lavoro autonoma, strutturata e orientata agli obiettivi con elevato senso di responsabilità. - Elevata disponibilità a viaggiare, flessibilità e piacere di lavorare nel servizio esterno. - Personalità comunicativa, in grado di instaurare relazioni con i clienti durature e affidabili. Role Description This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home. Storage Sales Specialists are product, services, software and solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in their assigned territory. Collaborates with and supports Account Generalists and provides storage expertise within the sales team.
