Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Billtrust
• Own the full recruiting process - source, screen, interview, and close • Initiate and maintain consultative, strategic partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their talent acquisition needs to fulfill business objectives • Build robust talent pipelines by identifying and engaging with candidates through multiple avenues, including our ATS, sourcing, social media, employee referrals and networking • Analyze position requirements and develop recruiting plans using innovative strategies to attract high caliber talent • Act as a candidate advocate and manage candidates' expectations throughout the entire recruitment process to provide a superb candidate experience, starting with initial contact through to offer stage • Utilize advanced behavioral-based interview techniques to effectively assess each candidate's competencies and cultural fit to make hiring recommendations • Effectively advise hiring managers on compensation decisions by utilizing upfront research and advanced negotiation skills • Advise on market trends and use data to leverage strategic hiring decisions • Contribute to the group knowledge base by sharing new information related to talent landscapes, sourcing tools and techniques, and other resourceful ways to make our group more effective and mentor others on the team
Job Requirements
- 7+ year of recruiting experience working in a highly selective tech hiring environment, preferred
- Well-developed critical thinking skills and the ability to consult Hiring Managers on each hiring decision and overcome obstacles in the recruiting life cycle
- A strong executive presence- being able to partner and advise Executive Leadership to fill high priority roles
- Advanced ability to leverage a broad range of modern recruitment and sourcing strategies, techniques and tools to uncover and engage qualified talent
- Proven ability to manage executive level recruiting efforts with advanced negotiating skills
- Well-developed understanding of recruitment marketing combined with an ability to tell our story, culture, and values in a way that speaks to a job seeker’s interests and career goals
- Proven ability to mentor, train and act as a role-model for other team members
- Self-motivated, strong sense of urgency and a diligent, results-oriented attitude
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent searches and projects; excellent time management skills and an ability to follow best practices and processes
- A strong ability to apply active listening skills and apply advanced interviewing skills
- Excellence in the following areas: problem-solving, multi-tasking, writing and verbal communication skills and collaboration
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
