Our mission is to drive Same Store Growth for our partners by providing them with the insights and clinical tools they need to succeed. The RoleWe are looking for a Software Engineer 2 to join our Practice Production team. You will be responsible for building high-impact products across several key domains: - Simulation & Diagnostic Tools: Building the visual and data-driven tools that help dentists diagnose and plan treatments more effectively - Patient Education: Creating interactive experiences that help patients understand their dental health and treatment options - Insights/Hub: Developing the centralized performance dashboard that gives practices actionable data to optimize their growth What You’ll Do - Contribute to the development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains - Own features directly tied to our North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring that our tools provide measurable value to dental practices - Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software - Contribute to code reviews, ask questions during architectural discussions, and suggest best practices - Contribute across our stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of professional software engineering experience - Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development.
