Job Description
User Acquisition Manager
Flyer One Ventures
Role Description We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and a hunger for product growth. The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office. - Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns - primarily on Meta, but also across other channels if needed. - Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels - double down on what works. - Track key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention) and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate closely with the creative team: suggest ideas, give feedback, and shape what gets tested next. - Work with product and analytics to improve funnel performance and connect marketing with product growth. - Communicate with ad platform reps (Meta, TikTok, Google) to get insights and support. - Stay in “test → learn → scale” mode - new channels, new formats, new angles. - You’re not just a campaign executor — you think in terms of growth loops, not just ad sets. - Comfortable working in fast iterations, being honest about what didn’t work, and scaling what did. Qualifications - Have 3+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience, with a focus on Meta (TikTok is a plus). - You’ve owned performance from end to end: setup, testing, scaling, reporting. - Confidently manage budgets of $200–500K+ per month, keeping a steady hand on CPA, ROAS, and unit economics. - Know how to optimize beyond surface-level — bidding strategies, creative iterations, audience logic, funnel breakdowns. - Think like a tester — form clear hypotheses, move fast, and scale what works. - Have a strong analytical mindset — you rely on real data to make decisions. - Speak and work fluently in English (B2+), communicating with global teams or platform reps. - Take ownership — you’re not just executing tasks, you’re driving outcomes. - Balance creative instincts with numbers — you can pitch a bold creative hook and validate it with CAC math in the same breath. Requirements - Have experience growing subscription-based products (not just installs or purchases). - Worked on funnel conversion and product-side CRO together with product marketing manager. - Understand ad tracking systems like Pixel and CAPI, and how events flow into your analytics stack. - Are comfortable testing from scratch — without perfect data, CRM, or ready-made landing pages. Benefits - Flexible working hours. - Remote work. - 20 days of paid vacation. - Unlimited paid sick leaves. - Medical insurance. - Corporate events and other pleasant perks.
