• Drive execution of high-priority product initiatives from concept through launch • Own product requirements, prioritization, and sprint planning • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences • Improve and optimize key user flows such as onboarding, core product interactions, and account experiences • Identify friction points and quickly implement solutions to improve usability and performance • Establish lightweight product processes and operating rhythms to support team efficiency • Leverage modern tools, including AI, to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and iteration • Maintain a high standard for product quality, simplicity, and user experience
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in product management within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to ship product improvements quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with AI tools and incorporating them into product workflows
- Experience working on complex user flows, such as transactional or marketplace-based products
- Comfortable operating in hands-on, execution-focused roles
- Experience collaborating closely with design and engineering teams
- Structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Ability to thrive in early-stage or ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
