With a focus on Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation solutions, this role prioritizes identifying, developing, and converting new customer opportunities across a defined geographic territory. The Sales Executive leads strategic sales campaigns, partners cross-functionally with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Healthcare System Executives, and delivers tailored solutions that address clinical and operational needs. Success in this role is measured by the ability to maintain account retention, build a robust opportunity funnel, penetrate new accounts, and deliver compelling technical and financial presentations that demonstrate the value of Siemens Healthineers’ integrated laboratory solutions. This position includes eligibility for variable compensation. Any stated bonus or incentive amounts represent target or estimated earnings and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on performance and applicable plan terms, variable comp for this role is $80,000. This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. The base pay range for this position is: $107,200 - $147,400 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
