What the Project Management department does at Worldwide Worldwide Clinical Trials Project management is the perfect blend of operational rigor and therapeutic expertise, with a client-focused approach. Our Global Project Leads (GPLs) and Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) expertly guide our project teams to deliver with high quality, focusing on “doing it right the first time”. The Project Management team is engaged in all aspects of the trial collaborating with scientific and therapeutic leadership, coordinating across project teams, and providing flexible, innovative and proactive solutions. What you will do - Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities. - Directs the technical, financial and operational aspects of the projects -- thus securing the successful completion of clinical trials.  - Works with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project, interpret data on complex issues, make good business decisions and ensure solutions are implemented. - Works to ensure that all project deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations - The PM, with support from the Project Management Directors, working in collaboration with other functional area leads, is accountable for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the customer/contract expectations. • Manage project timelines and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met • Facilitate communication to serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment • Utilize Asana to track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability across teams • Keep detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project status updates • Work closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep projects moving forward efficiently to coordinate deliverables • Identify potential roadblocks in project execution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them • Verify that all deliverables meet client expectations and the quality standards before final delivery

• Support a major energy utility client across a portfolio of land and right of way projects • Serve as a primary point of contact between Atwell and the client, owning project delivery from scoping through closeout • Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; negotiate and execute contracts • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations • Coordinate property acquisition activities including ROW easements, surface leases, rights of entry, damage settlements, and encroachment agreements • Assemble and direct project teams, manage sub-consultants, track milestones, and troubleshoot issues • Identify growth opportunities within the client relationship and contribute to Atwell's broader market presence in the energy sector • Maintain accurate project records in Vision, manage invoicing and A/R, and report financial performance to leadership • Mentor junior team members

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities in support of electric transmission infrastructure • Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions • Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules • Manage contracts and sub-consultants • Ensure performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client • Stay ahead of pipeline, follow up on outstanding proposals, and proactively identify opportunities to expand Atwell's support • Maintain project documentation in Vision • Manage invoicing and collections • Deliver regular financial and progress reporting to leadership • Coach and mentor project team
