Medical Sales Representative

Role Description If you're a self-motivated sales professional who wants to own your schedule, build a book of business, and earn based on your results — this role was built for you. EVEXIAS Health Solutions is a national leader in hormone optimization training and consulting. Through our proprietary EvexiPEL® method, we equip medical providers with the tools to deliver cutting-edge pellet hormone therapy that transforms patient outcomes. We're expanding our presence in Norfolk and surrounding markets and looking for driven independent sales reps to grow with us. Territory Requirement: - Candidates should be based in Virginia or a neighboring area. - Ability to travel throughout the given territory for face-to-face engagement with medical practices. What You'll Do Day-to-Day: - Visit and build relationships with 3–5 medical practices per week (family medicine, OB/GYN, urology, med spas, integrative medicine, oncology, and more). - Onboard new provider accounts and support existing ones to increase patient volume. - Present the EvexiPEL method to physicians and practice managers — training provided. - Attend monthly virtual team meetings and ongoing online education. - Manage your own territory in Norfolk and nearby markets. Bonus Opportunity: - Qualified candidates may also have the chance to manage and grow an existing book of business already established in the Norfolk market — giving you a head start with revenue from day one, on top of the new accounts you build yourself. What You'll Earn: - Uncapped commissions — no ceiling on what you can make. - Recurring revenue — accounts generate ongoing income, not just one-time commissions. - Multiple earning streams — get paid across several product and service categories. - Top performers consistently earn $100K–$150K+ within 12–24 months. Role Description The Sales Administrative Coordinator provides dedicated administrative and operational support to the AVP, Sales while also supporting the broader sales function as needed. This role plays a key part in managing high-volume communications, maintaining accurate sales data, and coordinating internal information flow so the sales team can remain focused on revenue-generating activities.
