• Maintain an assigned book of plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans. • Prepare (and/or review, based on experience) valuations and compliance testing pursuant to ERISA guidelines and IRS procedures: Calculate plan contributions to optimize tax savings while passing required testing; Perform additional required testing, such as General Testing (401(a)4), Compensation Ratio Testing (414(s) Testing), etc.; Prepare earned income calculation, as necessary, for an unincorporated employer; Prepare asset reconciliations, including trust accounting, as necessary. • Prepare (and/or review, based on experience) necessary government filings pursuant to IRS/DOL guidelines and requirements, included but not limited to Forms 5500, 5330, and Schedule SB. • Analyze plan documents and pro-actively recommend changes to accommodate client needs. • Assist plan sponsors with the plan termination process, including PBGC-covered plans. • Provide quality communication with the plan sponsor, advisors, and accountants. • Prepare preliminary design studies and projections for prospective clients. • Support actuaries and consultants to provide superior client service. • Prepare calculation of retirement distribution benefits. • Prepare PBGC premium filings and notices.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and financial advisors. • Respond to and complete incoming client and advisor requests. • Conduct regular check-ins through outgoing calls and email. • Work with Pension Consultants when compliance issues arise that require additional ERISA expertise. • Resolve client issues proactively and efficiently. • Provide technical and compliance guidance to clients and advisors. • Conduct consultation calls with clients, auditors, and advisors. • Track and monitor all deliverables and deadlines for annual plan compliance. • Request and collect information needed for annual administration. • Prepare census requests, contributions summaries and refund forms. • Identify and communicate late deposits and minimum distribution obligations. • Monitor and assist with annual projects such as force outs and annual notices. • Download and distribute recordkeeper disclosure and fee notices. • Collaborate with actuaries, plan consultants, and internal teams on plan design and compliance questions. • Update vesting schedules and process plan adjustments. • Review and complete recordkeeping forms such as plan specification changes and contact updates. • Assist with distributions and corrections. • Participate in internal recordkeeper conversions and onboarding. • Assist with or manage full-cycle plan terminations and service terminations, including system updates and delivery of final documents. • Collaborate with New Business team to ensure smooth transitions and accurate setup.
• Administer and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs across all HR domains. • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, claims, and employee communications. • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews to ensure a seamless employee experience. • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. • Support training and development initiatives, including performance reviews and career pathing. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, ongoing integration efforts, and policy updates.
• Administer full-cycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees • Manage retirement plan transactions such as loans, hardships, in-service withdrawals • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
• The Plan Consultant is a key compliance and technical resource responsible for administering and supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans. • Monitor deadlines and compliance obligations for assigned book of business. • Prepare and perform all annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing. • Calculate employer contributions and prepare contribution summaries. • Review and upload incoming census data for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare government filings including Form 5500 and support IRS and DOL audits.

• Make sales calls to financial advisors, brokers, CPAs, and other intermediaries in the retirement plan market either virtually or in-person • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our MAP administration services • Prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of TPA services, pricing structures and terms • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and recordkeeping partners with MAP Retirement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the MAP CRM system • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement

• Support our clients by managing and processing retirement plan payroll contributions. • Maintain accuracy, communicate clearly with clients, and keep pace with deadlines. • Access and download payroll reports from various providers. • Import, review, and validate payroll data in internal systems. • Prepare and submit contribution files to multiple recordkeepers. • Communicate payroll summaries and confirmations to clients. • Respond to client questions regarding payroll processing. • Update employee deferral elections and automatic enrollment settings in payroll systems. • Generate custom reports as needed. • Provide backup support to other team members and assist with special projects. • Other duties as assigned.
