The Client Technical Integration Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling reliable client integrations between enterprise billing systems and dPlat. This role combines deep technical expertise—Python scripting, data mapping, SQL, and database schema management—with delivery leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and accurate data flows that support credit and collections operations. Description The Client Technical Integration Lead owns and actively participates in the design, implementation, and support of client integrations between client billing systems and the TSI Inventory Management Platform (dPlat). In addition to leading the integration function, this role serves as a hands-on technical contributor, directly developing integration solutions, resolving complex data and system challenges, and modeling best practices for the team. This role will build and lead an integration team with onshore and offshore resourcing, operating as a shared service across the organization, while remaining directly engaged in delivery to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.
