Role Description Serve as a Pharmacy Lead responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Health Millennium pharmacy applications and workflows across Claritev client engagements. This role ensures safe medication practices, seamless EHR-pharmacy integration, and operational efficiency by aligning clinical, technical, and regulatory needs into scalable pharmacy solutions. Job Roles and Responsibilities - Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of pharmacy applications and medication management workflows. - Translate pharmacy operational requirements into system and integration specifications. - Design and optimize workflows related to medication ordering, dispensing, administration, and reconciliation. - Support formulary management, medication dictionaries, order sets, and clinical decision support. - Partner with integration teams to ensure pharmacy interoperability with EHR, dispensing systems, and automation tools. - Oversee validation, testing, and optimization of pharmacy system changes and new implementations. - Collaborate with pharmacy directors, clinicians, and technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and medication safety. - Provide go-live leadership, issue resolution, and stabilization support post-deployment. - Mentor pharmacy analysts and contribute to governance, standardization, and best practices across Claritev programs. Qualifications - Minimum of +10 years combined related work experience, including: - At least 5 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing IT roles. - An additional 2 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job. - Bachelor's Degree required. - Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health pharmacy applications: Medication Manager, Product Manager, Bedrock, Olympus, PHADBTools, etc. - Experience in HCIT system design and build. - Experience in workflow and technology assessment. - Experience with integration between clinical and revenue cycle applications. - Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information to operations, financial, and application teams. - Travel up to 50% will be required for this role. Requirements - The salary range for this position is $100-125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience, and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. - This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunity.
