THE ROLE We are seeking a highly proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the broader Product Organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and strong organizational alignment across the global Product function. The Executive Assistant will handle complex scheduling, cross‑functional coordination, confidential information, and operational processes that enable the CPO and Product leadership team to focus on strategic priorities. THE ROLE Responsible for managing the local implementation of Temenos product (T24) projects. The role’s primary focus is to plan, execute, and deliver the local development or customization work for the project. Hands-on knowledge and experience in end-to-end custom software development in a distributed model are required for this position. Responsible for coordinating and reporting the status of work from the other stakeholders of the project. SKILLS - Banking industry knowledge: - You should have in-depth knowledge of digital & core processing systems in a banking ecosystem, i.e., Core Banking, Payments, Digital Channels & Gen AI with prior experience in developing/ delivering our solution for North America. - You should have relevant experience in the Banking/ Fintech Industry - You should have understanding of US banking financial technology landscape – in-house applications, ASP & SaaS solutions, ancillary and downstream systems - You should have appetite to work across different financial institutions & understand their requirements – large & mid sized traditional banks, challenger banks & non-banking financial institutions - You should have knowledge of the banking and financial industry trends in technical innovation - SaaS & Application Architecture: - You should have hands-on knowledge of core banking, payments and digitals solutions - You should have understanding of SaaS positioning, deployment architectures, SLAs, Security, SOC Compliance, Observability, DevOps, and upgrades. - You should have knowledge of application architecture & integration patterns, and deep understanding of core processing systems such as core banking, and payments. - You should have entry-level certification in Azure or AWS is a good-to-have. - Pre-Sales Skills: - You should have good listening & story-telling skills through various mediums such as whiteboarding & MS Office Tools. - You should have ability to research and understand the needs of a prospect’s business, ecosystem, competition and business & technology drivers. - You should have analytical thinking with consultative mind set to create best-fit solution. - You should have excellent presentation, writing and deal management skills across all levels of leadership - Travel & Other Requirements: - You should have ability and willingness to travel domestic and international as required (up to 50% travel). - You should have an independent way of working as well as team environment with effective communication with peers. - You should have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be hands-on with the latest product enhancements.
