Deine Aufgabe wird sein, mit Privatkunden ihre Selbstbau-Anlagen individuell zu planen, dabei zu beraten, die Anlage zu verkaufen und bis zur Inbetriebnahme zu betreuen. Hier bekommst du einen ersten Eindruck: www.youtube.com/@mdssolar Aufgaben - Eigenständige Kundenbetreuung; vom Erstgespräch über die Planung und Beratung bis zum Verkaufsgespräch und Abschluss. - Technische Beratung unserer Kunden zu ihrer Selbstbau-PV-Anlage, komplett remote. - Technische Planung der PV-Anlagen und Angebotserstellung. - Verkaufsgespräche führen und erfolgreich abschließen (keine Kaltaquise). - Zusammenstellen von Angeboten, Kommissionslisten und Planungsunterlagen. - Betreuung der Kunden über den Kauf hinaus. - Sonstige Aufgaben, die anfallen können: - Gelegentliche Mitarbeit auf unseren PV-Baustellen, damit du up-to-date bleibst und die Produkte wirklich kennst (im Saarland). - Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Unterlagen, Gesprächsleitfäden etc. - Gelegentlich in Videos, Podcast etc. mitwirken (kein Muss). Qualifications - Keine formelle Qualifikation erforderlich, solange technisches Verständnis und handwerkliche Erfahrung mit PV-Anlagen vorhanden sind. - Sympathisch und verkaufsaffin. - Solider Grundstock an Fachwissen in Bezug auf (Selbstbau-) PV-Anlagen. - Erfahrung in der Montage einer PV-Anlage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. - Telefonischer Vertrieb als hilfreiche Kernkompetenz. - Offen für Quereinsteiger.
