• Support Membership Advisors by identifying and researching prospective members, developing targeted prospect lists, and managing early-stage outreach across email, phone, and social channels • Conduct initial outreach to generate qualified interest and schedule introductory conversations on behalf of Membership Advisors • Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM, tracking outreach activity, pipeline status, and follow-up cadences to ensure consistent pipeline hygiene • Assist in the preparation and coordination of prospect meetings, trial experiences, and live events—including logistics support and post-event follow-up communication • Represent the brand at live events and member experiences, engaging prospects and members with professionalism and enthusiasm • Learn and apply our sales methodology, messaging frameworks, and consultative approach under the direct mentorship of the VP, Sales • Contribute to the development of best practices, outreach playbooks, and operational processes as the organization scales across markets
Job Requirements
