We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing operation — keeping performance data organised, partner communication running smoothly, and content workflows clean and consistent. This role is ideal for someone who’s sharp, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers. You don’t need to be a “marketing genius,” but you do need to be the type of person who keeps systems tight and spots issues early. The Mission Your mission is to keep our marketing engine operating at a high standard. Success looks like: - Performance data is accurate, structured, and easy to read - Key metrics are tracked consistently and surfaced quickly - Spreadsheets and reporting stay clean and up to date - 3rd-party partners receive fast, professional communication - Content is generated, organised, and ready for distribution - Execution is fast, consistent, and detail-perfect What You’ll Own 1) Marketing Performance Support - Track performance metrics across campaigns and channels - Flag anomalies early (drops/spikes) and escalate appropriately - Assist with weekly performance summaries and reporting 2) Spreadsheet & Data Management (Core) - Maintain tracking sheets and datasets with high accuracy - Use formulas for basic analysis (totals, % change, averages, lookups) - Keep data clean, consistent, and easy for the team to use 3) Partner Communications - Manage day-to-day communication with 3rd-party partners - Keep partner information organised and maintained - Escalate issues/opportunities quickly to the right person 4) Content Ops - Support content generation using simple AI tools (easy to learn) - Organise content libraries and assets for fast internal access - Quality-check content for consistency and readiness
