Position Title: System Administrator Category: IT Operations & Systems Location: LATAM What you will be doing: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure a hybrid enterprise infrastructure across a large multi-site environment. This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for ensuring platform stability, driving automation, and leading complex troubleshooting and operational improvements across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams to resolve escalations, enhance system performance, and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Required Skills & Experience - Advanced expertise in: - Windows Server administration - Active Directory & Group Policy - DNS, DHCP, and certificate services - 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration - Strong experience with: - Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD) - Hybrid identity and access management - Hands-on experience with VMware (VM lifecycle, troubleshooting, performance tuning) - Strong troubleshooting skills across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments - Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell - Experience with ITSM tools and processes (incident, change, problem management) - Solid understanding of: - Infrastructure security best practices - Monitoring and alerting systems - Ability to manage complex changes with proper validation and rollback strategies - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and off-hours maintenance windows - Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management tools Nice to Have Skills - Experience with Python or API-based automation - Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools - Experience working in large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments - Cloud cost optimization and governance experience Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences) - Ability to work under pressure during major incidents - High level of ownership and accountability
