Senior Systems Administrator

As the Senior Systems Administrator you'll be a critical component in managing and scaling internal technology environment, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and built to support continued growth. This role is focused on platform administration within the Microsoft ecosystem and will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining M365, Entra ID, and Azure environments. Responsibilities - Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including licensing, user management, and application support. - Own and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and security configurations. - Build, configure, and manage Azure environments to support internal systems and development needs. - Support DevOps workflows by enabling integrations with Microsoft Graph and related services. - Utilize tools such as Graph Explorer and PnP PowerShell to automate and enhance system capabilities. - Design and implement scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to support company growth. - Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs. - Document system architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability. - Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices across Microsoft platforms. - Partner with leadership to continuously improve and evolve internal technology infrastructure. - Other duties as assigned related to GCP.
Job Requirements
- C1 level English or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Microsoft environments
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing and application management
- Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management
- Hands-on experience building and managing Azure environments
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience supporting DevOps workflows and integrating systems using Microsoft Graph
- Proficiency with PowerShell, including tools such as PnP PowerShell
- Experience with Graph Explorer or similar tools for API interaction and automation
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and system architecture
- Proven ability to administer, document, and implement new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of platform-level responsibilities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar
- Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and core programming concepts
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience acting as a sole or lead systems administrator across multiple domains
